Your local radio station, WCHE 1520AM, never stops growing. They’re determined to give you the best broadcasts, give you variety, and make it all a very fun listen. So it makes perfect sense that their newest addition on Wednesdays at 1 pm doesn’t stray from those characteristics one bit!
The show, Passing Time, will be presented on behalf of The Chester County Historical Society starting July 11. The Historical Society’s President, Rob Lukens, Ph. D. is serving as the unique host who brings listeners weekly exploration of all things historical in Chester County. Each week, Rob will be joined by guest(s) representing a particular aspect of the County’s history including a focus on historical organizations, events, books, and programs.
Sure, you can tune into the History Channel and learn random facts from around the world but this is locally focused, sometimes surprising information about your own back yard, the library down the street and the park one block over. The special guests and insider scoops on what’s historical in Chester County are great reasons to tune in the first time. After that, you’ll be hooked and Rob Lukens, Ph. D. will be happy to have you back as a listener each week. Tune in July 11 to kick things off!
