Dine at Kildare’s on Friday, February 24th from Noon – 9 and support David’s Drive, a charity that provides necessities to our Veterans. Kildare’s will donate 15% of the bill to help David’s Drive if you provide your server with the David’s Drive coupon.
David’s Drive collects and distributes items for men and women, including new underwear, socks and t-shirts as well as personal hygiene items and snacks. They supply household items for homeless veterans who have been placed into apartments through the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Program. David’s Drive distributes thousands of items throughout the year in hopes of putting a smile on the faces of the people responsible for giving us the freedom to smile every day.
David’s Drive 831, Inc. is a non-profit public charity committed to improving the quality of life for our Military and the less fortunate in our community. David’s Drive 831, Inc. was created in memory of David Turner Jr. from Coatesville, Pennsylvania, who died suddenly at the age of 20 on of a suspected heart arrhythmia. David worked at the Coatesville, VA Medical Center and was disappointed when he learned that many of the Veterans he served had to do without items he considered essential. In David’s memory, and with your help, David’s Drive is striving to change that.
