Took my Mother here for her birthday this weekend and everything was wonderful. My venison and sister's filet mignon were properly cooked medium-rare (seem to get overcooked meat too often), and everyone else enjoyed their meals. Service was great and they did everything to accomodate our special occasion.
Great place, two of us walked in at 8pm on a Sat. night and although it was hopping, we only waited for about 15 min. for a table. We were seated in a smaller room of about 10 tables which was much quieter than the main room. Nice menu with local foods. The black truffle mac & cheese was delicious. They even put a candle in our dessert and wrote "Happy Birthday" in caramel when my friend told them it was my birthday. I give it four dishes.
Excellent food. Menu seems to change for the season which is great. My husband's favorite dessert is the cheese/fruit plate-very European and not enough restaurants do this.
