About Eclat Chocolate

According to Vogue Magazine, a chocolate shop in lil old WC has the BEST caramels in the country, but I could have told you that myself.

Éclat Chocolate is made using only the finest artisan techniques honed by master chocolatier Christopher Curtin in the finest chocolate houses of Belgium, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Japan. They believe in creating a fresh product and they refuse use cost cutting techniques at the expense of quality. This is a case where obsession is a good thing. They are obsessed with using only the world’s finest ingredients — from fresh butter and cream to the grandest of Grand Cru chocolate — to make it a melt in your mouth, not in your hand experience every time.

As their website says… “there is no better way to put an exclamation point on your day than enjoying Éclat Chocolate.”

Amen to that. I think I want some right now.

  • I love that our town has a chocolatier! This chocolate really captures the essence of craft. Who knew that lavender chocolate or red pepper flakes with chocolate could work so well? Yes, it is gonna cost significantly more than Hershey's but you don't need to eat as much and you will enjoy it so much more.

  • Absolutely exquisite chocolates!
They're pricey, but I am so smitten with a single piece.
My favorites include the spicy chocolate and the ginger caramel with salt.

  • Expensive, but DEFINITELY worth it. Make great gifts and I have heard nothing but compliments from the recipients.

  • This guy is incredibly skilled at what he does. Get an assorted box and dazzle friends and guests with the unique flavors. It's all delicious!
