Like many, I’m all about a good pizza after a night of fun; however, make a note to yourself: Culinary Deliveries does NOT deliver on “good” or the “fun” when it comes to a great West Chester eatery!
Let me preface this review by stating my interaction with Culinary was not influenced by alcohol (lack of sleep, yes) and I was nothing short of respectful.
After ordering 5 meals, including a pizza and a wrap, at 2:15am, we were excited to enjoy a meal from Culinary. The girl who placed our order was pleasant and laughed at our jokes; we didn’t expect our order to turn so negatively!
We were told the order would arrive in 45 minutes. After waiting an hour, we called Culinary and were told the delivery would arrive in 10 minutes…it was 20 minutes later (not exaggerating, we checked the phone clock to be certain). All for nothing, it was past 3:30am and no one was hungry anymore
It was soon after that we realized our wrap was missing. Though I did not place the order, I offered to call Culinary and request the wrap not be charged on the credit card since it was late and we were going to bed.
The gentleman who answered the phone was beyond rude! After explaining that we didn’t want the wrap or charge, he insisted the driver would be back [within seconds?] to give it to us and that he couldn’t reverse the credit card (anyone who works with credit cards knows this is not true!). I politely asked to not charge us and let the driver return to Culinary and he said (and I quote), “in the amount of time you were yappin’ at me, we could have had your order to you!” and then he hung up!!
How would the Driver had known to come back within that “amount of time” and did the guy on the phone not compute? We didn’t want the wrap!
Moments later, Culinary called to state there was no order of a wrap and we weren’t charged for it (which leads me to wonder why he was so adamant about not reversing a charge he didn’t even research first?) and then the gentleman said (again, word for word), “if you just checked the receipt, you’d know that!” I politely (it wasn’t easy at that point) reminded him that we were not given an itemized receipt.
We laughed at how rude the representative from Culinary was on the phone – but it became even funnier when the pizza box was opened and the pizza was completely black on the bottom! I guess that makes sense, considering it took 80 minutes to cook?
Needless to say, the experience with this ignorant and derisive gentleman completely left a sour taste in our mouths (I guess the horrible food did that too)!

Oh my gosh i love Culinary so much. I refuse to eat at any other pizza place! They have the coolest craziest menu for such good prices!! And you don’t get cheesy ripped off food. you will probably end up with left overs for a few days! I can eat with the best of em and I always have to save mine for later! Buffalo chicken cheesesteaks are my favorite food in the world and I can honestly say that Culinary has the best ones. Ed is the best/most genuine guy ever and really loves what he does! He makes everything with love and always puts that little bit of effort in to the food to make it THAT much better than before! If you’re looking for some really wild, bangin food super late at night when every other food place is closed you know Culinary won’t disappoint!
Culinary Deliveries is awesome. While in college and even after I graduated, I always went to Culinary for their wraps! The deliveries were always within a timely manner and my food was never cold! Culinary is a great place to stop by for lunch or a late night dinner!
Literally the only pizza place I’ll order from in West Chester! The food is always so fresh and the shop is extremely clean. The owner is an amazing guy, always so friendly and very helpful. Culinary has the biggest selection of unique wraps, pizzas, and sandwiches I absolutely love everything on their menu! Another plus is their convenient store hours! They stay open later than any other retsaurant in wc. I went there recently and they alsop stocked up on delicious gelato for the summer! My personal fave is the mango, kicks rita’s to the curb. 5 Stars for Culinary Deliveries and their wonderful owner Ed!!
Pizza Pizza Pizza Pie. Eat that! Culinary Deliveries is a great place to go late night with that special girl you picked up at the bar. They have a romantic table for a sit down or you can take your food home and get creative. Always a good time!
Culinary deliveries is an awesome place to order from\ dine in to eat.The owner is such a friendly guy who always makes my order just the way I ask, the pizza is amazing my favorite is the chicken with blue cheese, and the endless choices of wraps are just great. Also my new favorite thing from CD is the sorbet water ice it’s amazing perfect for any day and the prices are great!!!!.and I can have these things at any time because they stay open pretty much all night. it doesn’t get any better than that thumbs up for CULINARY DELIVERIES!!
Absolute best Hoagies, Cheese Steaks, Sandwiches and Pizza in West Chester. Consistent great service, good people, extremely reasonable and best of all, they are open really late. Every time my old man visits, we must stop in for their buffalo strips and a Cheese Steak. The best we have ever had!
I just got done eating some amazing food from Culinary D’s. It took me so long to choose from the wonderful array of foods and combinations. Having read some of the reviews I was a little skeptic to give them a shot, but the guy on the phone could not have been more helpful. When I went to pick my order up I was greeted by the same person who in fact was Ed the owner. What a nice guy! In the short amount of time speaking with him I could tell he was very involved in the community and was more about giving back rather than most business owners who want, want, want! These small shops are the ones I choose to shop at and when you find one like this you will be a life long customer. Well done Culinary Deliveries, keep up the strong, positive work!!

The more you visit, the more you feel like family. You can literally order anything and it’ll satisfy you, but I strongly recommend the stromboli. It’s huge and is super affordable. The best part is that this restaurant is open basically all night long, so it’s really convenient. Everyone who works there is friendly and you’ll definitely want to go back again and again.
It’s one of my favorite spots in town. Locals love it.
Culinary Delivery is an amazing place to order from as the menu is never dull and always mind blowing! Not only does the owner always go above and beyond but he is such a big part of the community, always donating to worthy causes. He always puts his customers first with fun treats like gelato’s and cupcakes. I will always order from here, the food is fresh and I have yet to have a bad dinner. He hands down makes the best chicken cheesesteak ever….If you try just one thing let it be this…our families favorite.
It WOW’d me..great service and always with a smile..Eddie is the best. He will put together whatever it is that your tummy desires. His employees are there to make it happen and always with pleasure. Order from Culinary..your tummy will be HAPPY!
I’m a 30 yr old restaurant manager in West Chester. I’ve seen some horrible customer service in the 12 years I’ve been in the biz. Nothing like the experience I had with culinary pizza. The first time I ever ordered delivery ,it was late, cold and wrong. The 2nd and the last time I asked what if they had “regular mild hot sauce for the wings because last time it was BBQ’..the guy on the phone who claimed later to be the owner could not answer the question. My girlfriend then called back and he still could not answer the question. He then proceeded to hang up on her( she and I are very nice easy going people) I then decided to call him back to have a word with him for being so disrespectful to my girlfriend…it did not go well. I had to hold myself back from driving there and …well you get the picture. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I've ordered from this place three times and Im surprised I even lasted that long. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I waited and hour and a half for a wrap, salad, and a pizza. Unless it was coming from Russia there is no excuse for it. On top of it, when I called the person on the other end was very rude for no reason. I mean come on dude, Im hungry and I just want my order. Anyways, after the nearly 2 hour wait I got my order “COLD”. I don't recommend anyone order here unless they like cold food and bad service. Not to mention my order came wrong all three times. Thanx a bunch Culinary. FAIL!!!

Horrible Customer service, the owner is offensive, beligerent and degrading. When an delivery order I had placed for lunch took 2 hours to arrive and when it arrived it was cold and half of it was wrong, the owner preceeded to cuss me out on the phone, and hang up. On prior trips in to actual store, I found the decor offensive, more something out of Animal House or a Frat House than a Actual Establishment. We choose Benny's Pizza now for our wraps and Pizza needs for lunch.
the menu at this place is amazing, it has so much to choose from. But by far the gourmet pizzas are incredibly unique and their wraps are delicious !!! I highly recommend this place, its open late which is great for those students around the area who need some food in their stomach after a long study session. good food, good hours, and good service, what else can you ask for ?
I just visited this spot for the first time and I must say that it was SPECTACULAR. From the endless varieties of starters, gourmet pizzas, wraps, salads and more delights. Trust me when I say you and your stomach will be overwhelmed with options. So I advise go there on an empty stomach cause you will definitely need the space. The aromas of fresh prepared food don’t help much in making a choice. I went in there just for a simple lunch and ended up with lunch and side order for dinner. And yes every bite was devoured. Staffs were friendly and informative with recommendations. Not to mention I didn’t have to wait long, which is hard these days when trying to get quality food. I would recommend this place to everyone that is looking for a great deal for the pocket and stomach. See you there ?
The service is always quick and the customer service exceptional. I love their incredible creations of unique and delicious pizzas as well as they're amazing sandwiches. My favorite is the Big Pappa Perry sandwich. My friends and I have never encountered any problems and only sing Culinary's praises. I personally recommend Culinary to everyone.
My friends and I are huge wing fans and all agree that Culinary has the best hot wings we've come across in West Chester. We ordered from there recently and despite being a few minutes out of their delivery service area they still made the delivery and in a short period of time. Very impressed with the quality of the food and the customer service…also helps the delivery boys are cute too

Culinary is by far the best pizza shop in West Chester, and they're open really late hours! you can get awesome food at like 2 and 3 am. Me and my friends love their wraps and cheesesteaks and they have all sorts of crazy pizzas that you can't get anywhere else. The delivery service is super quick and they never cheap you out on the portions. Def my fav place to grub in the dub!
I have been a customer of culinary deliveries for over three years my roommates and i love the wraps and the chicken parm sandwiches, i am crazy over the honey mustard chicken wrap, we love their hours and reccomend this to our friends and have only good things to say. I find the service to be polite and accomodating, and their food to be excellent. I highly recommend culinary deliveries for lunch or dinner. Their chicken parm is the best I've had and the specialty pizzas are by far the best in town.
Horrible customer service when ordering take out or dining in. Take out always takes forever and half the time I receive only part of my order; items are always missing. When going to pick it up, the owner has tried to "mistakenly" not give me items I've paid for like cheese fries. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone, unless you like horrible food, cheap ingredients and poor customer service.
Terrible customer service. Ordered takeout pizza around 8:45 on Sunday night. After an hour had passed and the pizza still hadn't arrived, we called to make sure everything was okay. The person on the phone became offended that we called and hung up on us. When we called back (after being hung up on), the person on the phone became irate and hung up again! Our delivery order never did arrive. We will never patronize their business again because of this.
