Long time customer (8+ years) and recently very unhappy with the pizza. Usually order a plain large pizza (our boys LOVE it and even eat the crust) but lately it's been really greasy and too cheesy. Gave them a few chances to improve but after 5-6 pizzas that literally made me sick from all the grease, just can't bring ourselves to order from them again.
Suprised the only review for Brother's not so great. My family has also been going for years and we are always so happy with there food. Everything is always so fresh and tasty. Also the people that work there are so friendly.
I am surprised too to see a negative review. My wife and I will go some months eating here weekly. I love their chicken marsala and always am able to take some home for a second meal. The servers are always friendly. Great cheesesteaks.
I have to agree that Brothers has lost a step , the pizza used to be much better and I do not know what kind of meat is in those cheesesteaks now but the last 2 I got were tough and fatty …..looks like another one bites the dust
We've been going to Brother's for around 15 years. We have not noticed any drop in quality. The pizza is top notch (try the Southwestern Chicken pizza) and they make a mean Italian hoagie. We tried Domino's recently 'cuz online ordering was fun, but were reminded how good Brother's pizza really is. Make sure you let them know if you have a bad experience; I'm sure they'd want to know!
