Tune into WCHE1520 tomorrow, June 15, from noon to 1 pm for Eat, Drink and Meet Mary!
Host Mary Bigham of The Town Dish will be joined on air by Food Network celebrity chef Alex Guarnaschelli. You may have seen her as a competitor on The Food Network‘s Iron Chef America, taking on Cat Cora in the 2007 “Farmers’ Market Battle,” judging Chopped and Food Network Challenge, or cooking up a storm on her own show, Alex’s Day Off. Did you know she’s also the Executive Chef at Butter Restaurant in NYC?! The extremely talented chef will be sharing her tips for summer entertaining and letting everyone know how they can contribute their photographic talents for a Haagen Dazs book this summer!
Chatting with Mary soon after are two major players in the newest Phoenixville event venue, Franklin Commons. Okay, not completely new but since Drexelbrook became the exclusive caterer and event planner of the facility there are a lot of new things on the horizon, and some which already occurred like the Flavor Festival in April. Mary will be chatting with Dominic Savino, owner of Drexelbrook Catering and Marian Moskowitz, owner of Franklin Commons. You’ll hear much about “the most uncommon” venue’s interesting past and where it’s heading in the future!
Eat, Drink & Meet Mary’s call in number is 610-701-WCHE (9243). Also, follow along on Facebook, too!
A big “thank you” goes out to this week’s sponsors: America’s Pie, Downingtown Country Club, Kati Mac Floral Design and Cakes and Candies by Maryellen.
