Gilmore's Restaurant Hosts Haute Cuisine for Haiti This Week

gilmoresGilmore’s restaurant in West Chester is hosting HAUTE CUISINE FOR HAITI this week (Tuesday, Feb 9 – Saturday, Feb 13), with 10% of diners’ checks contributed to the American Red Cross Haiti Relief Effort. Peter Gilmore, Chef/Owner, has added some unique Haitian-inspired creations to his French-themed menu. These special dishes draw upon Peter’s many personal connections to this most-passionate and cuisine-blessed of Caribbean nations.

Besides travel to the island nation, Peter has worked alongside beloved Haitian friends while at Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia. In addition, the Gilmore’s will display treasured Haitian artwork for diner’s enjoyment. Gilmore’s invites you to join them in celebrating the life, culture and cuisine of this American neighbor in need.
