What They Said… 2008 Restaurant Festival Coverage

September 23 by Mary Bigham 5 Comments

Check out some of our favorite local writers to read about their 2008 Restaurant Festival experience.

The Daily Local gave some excellent coverage of the event:

Pre-event article

An open-minded columnist shares his revamped thoughts on the festival this year. Wonder how it worked how for him?

Day of coverage.

Post-event article (with the best quote EVER- I think)

Barbecue Bachelor:

Our favorite Barbecue Bachelor gave his take on a new BBQ joint to come into town; Pig Out. Sounds like it’s right up my alley.

That Blue Yak:

That Blue Yakshared his day with some of the yummy foods he had and he took some stellar pics from the crowd. We heart you… you crazy yak you.

Tikaro:

He was picked as “The BEST local blogger on the Main Line” so, of course, he covered the event happenings. John Young of Tikaro shared some details of his pre-event planning to cover the crowds with fork-tastic tattoos from his sweet side car rig.

The Kellehers:

The Kellehers gave a great report from the streets. Check out the pics and read all about it on their family blog.

Here’s some words from a jewelry vendor. Don’t know them but if they know Cupcakes Gourmet they must be good people.
