Chef Jessica has an exciting evening planned for chocolate aficionados on Thursday, April 10, 7:30-9:30pm at the West Chester market. Taste and learn about different percentages of chocolate, how cocoa beans are processed and find their way to the baker’s table, and the secrets of tempering, dipping and truffle making.
